Hopeful - Hopeless
Keep going with that list. The first words and thoughts and descriptions that come to mind, aren't the thing itself. Those words you speak and think...are you.
There will always be events and situations that occur, to us or near us; Things that we hear about but are distant from, events and situations that affect others, our country, our family and friends or complete strangers. The way we choose to perceive these things or react to them is 100% about who we have let ourselves become.
If you've let yourself lose hope and lost faith in the good in the world, start with you.
If you want kindness, love, peace and happiness, then start by working on the person in the mirror.
Every day we have a choice before our feet hit the floor, about how our day will go. The things we choose to fill our mind with, shape our actions and reactions. The information we choose to digest and share will shape our thoughts and feelings.
There is hope left. There is love left. There is good in this world. Those are my beliefs.
Seek hope. Seek love, give love, be love. Seek the good in others, in each situation, in yourself.
Choose each moment whether you will grasp negativity or find the positive. Choose with care, the thoughts and words your share with others. Will they create a smile and warmth or will they feed sadness and evil?
There is a shift happening with our world and we can be a part of it. We can shift the balance toward love, faith and the good that there is in each of us.
